TJL Collection Return Policy

At TJL Collection, our mission is to deliver high-quality, stylish pieces designed specifically for tall women. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

All return requests must be submitted through our Return Portal:

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, deodorant, makeup, scents, or visible wear
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or invoice
  • Submitted through the Return Portal prior to mailing

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund and will not be returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend USPS Flat Rate for convenience and tracking.

TJL Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please retain proof of postage and tracking information.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return is received and inspected
  • Shipping fees and additional charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued only after the item passes our quality inspection

No Exchanges

TJL Collection does not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, inseam, or product, please return the original item through our Return Portal and place a new order for the item you want.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Headwear

No exceptions will be made for these categories.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description

We will review your request and assist based on verification.

Return Limitations & Policy Enforcement

To protect product integrity, inventory levels, and customer experience, TJL Collection reserves the right to decline or limit returns in cases such as:

  • Excessive or repetitive return patterns
  • Wardrobing (wearing items and returning them)
  • Returning used, altered, damaged, or unsellable merchandise
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Non-TJL items received at our warehouse will be discarded upon arrival.

Price Adjustments

We do not honor previous sale prices or promotions on new orders.
